Snow capped mountains can be seen all year long in the Pacific Northwest. Mountain areas are normally buried with tons and tons of snow in the winter—Snow hits the town? It may happen in the winter…Here are the pictures of snowy days expected to last 4 days or so in the lower elevations (Seattle area). The first snowy days of the year (mid January 2012). It’s great to see snow in town, though I still miss the super fresh powders up there in the mountains!
And finally Winter, with its bitin’, whinin’ wind, and all the land will be mantled with snow. – Roy Bean
